1. The sound insulation window is composed of double or triple glass and window frame. The glass thickness is different. The specially processed sound insulation layer is used. The advanced sound-proof glass effectively controls the “coincidence effect” and forms a sound-proof trough. In addition, the window frame is filled with sound-absorbing materials, which effectively absorbs the sound waves of the transparent glass, effectively isolating the noise of each frequency band. Between the sound insulation layers, there is an aluminum alloy frame filled with a desiccant (molecular sieve), and the edge is bonded with a sealant (butyl glue, polysulfide glue, structural glue) to form a glass assembly.
2. According to the indoor and outdoor noise conditions, the traffic noise of 80 decibels can be reduced to an extremely quiet level below 45 decibels. When the sound passes through the soundproof window, it has to be reflected and reduced by eight layers of media, so the sound insulation effect is excellent, and the sound insulation effect is more than 10 decibels lower than that of ordinary windows.
